With this form you are reapplying for membership in your state association and
the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). Your membership fee will cover the cost of
membership in both organizations. NAMB will receive your contact information and national fee
from the state association within thirty days. If you have any questions regarding your National
membership, please call NAMB at 703-610-0990.
KAMP/NAMB is an Individual Member Society. Your KAMP/NAMB membership transfers with you if you change
employers. Please contact KAMP and NAMB directly with changes to your personal data. Fax all changes
to KAMP 913-492-7396 and NAMB 703-610-9005.
NAMB estimates that 23% of your NAMB dues are not tax deductible. Federal Law prohibits the deduction from your taxes that portion
of dues allocated to federal lobbying activities. |
