Code of Ethics The members of the Kansas Association of Mortgage Professionals, believing that the interests of the public and private sector are best served through the voluntary observance of ethical standards of practice, hereby subscribe to the following Code of Ethics. HONESTY & INTEGRITY - KAMP members shall conduct business in a manner reflecting honesty, honor, and integrity. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT - KAMP members shall conduct their business activities in a professional manner. HONESTY IN ADVERTISING - KAMP members shall endeavor to be accurate in all advertisements and solicitations. CONFIDENTIALITY - KAMP members shall avoid unauthorized disclosure of confidential information. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW - KAMP members shall conduct their business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL INTERESTS - KAMP members shall disclose any equity or financial interest they may have in the collateral being offered to secure a loan. In addition to subscribing to KAMP's Code of Ethics, all KAMP members are required to strictly adhere to The National Association of Mortgage Brokers Best Business Practices Guidelines. These guidelines go far beyond any legal requirements to continue to build on the high level of trust we have earned from our consumers.
